Account Security

Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Terms
Deposits on f999 can be made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits must be made from your own registered number or account — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests will not be processed if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
3.3 Right to Decline Transactions

Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New f999 members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 10 times — that is, place bets totalling ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.
4.2 Bonus Usage Rules
- Each user is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings after the specified wagering requirements have been completed are withdrawable.
- Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
- Withdrawing from an account while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
- f999 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
4.3 VIP Cashback
The f999 VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Cashback is awarded each week based on net losses — up to 0.4% at Bronze and up to 1.5% at Platinum. For example: a Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback.
A bonus is not free money — it is a conditional incentive, and bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are completed.
Gameplay and Betting Rules
General Game Rules
The following must be observed when playing games on the f999 platform:
- Each game must be played according to its own rules.
- Winnings obtained by exploiting technical errors are not valid — any such winnings will be declared void.
- Use of automated software or bots is strictly prohibited.
Betting Limits
Specific minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or betting market and are displayed directly on the platform.
- When a bonus is active, per-bet limits may be more restrictive.
- f999 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.
Disputed Results

Prohibited Activities and Account Closure
